Marc Feder
Marc J. Feder co-founded Frank & Feder after sixteen years as a mediator in the firm of Gregorio, Haldeman, Piazza, Rotman, Frank & Feder. He graduated from the Santa Clara University School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Feder received an Advanced Bachelor’s Degree from Occidental College in Diplomacy and World Affairs.
Mr. Feder has successfully mediated matters in the fields of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, professional malpractice, partnership, entertainment, wrongful death, real estate, property, health care, commercial, intellectual property, construction, unfair competition, class action, and personal injury disputes throughout California. His cases routinely involve multiple parties and have included up to twenty five separate entities.
Mr. Feder trains mediators in conjunction with the California Court of Appeal Appellate Mediation Program and the Santa Clara Attorney Mediation Training Program. He was a Lead Trainer for the Advanced Mediation Seminar with Antonio Piazza, and taught mediation to law school classes at Hastings College of the Law, Stanford University, and Santa Clara University.
Mr. Feder is the author and co-author of articles published in State Bar presentation materials, the American Bar Association Book: How ADR Works, and Bender’s California Labor & Employment Bulletin. His speaking engagements include the Masters Panel of the Southern California Mediation Association, Seminars on advanced mediation techniques, the San Francisco Bar Association, the Alameda County Bar Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association, the Los Angeles County Mediation Association, and the Northern California Mediation Association.
